Certified organic white spelt flour comes from our partners at ‘Wholegrain Milling’. Spelt is a grain with much lower gluten content than wheat, therefore well tolerated by people with wheat sensitivities. It has high values of minerals and vitamins and can be used to replace wheat flour in almost all bread and pastry recipes. However it will result in a denser texture, due to the lack of gluten.
